![]() I haven’t read the whole interview yet because I am currently writing an essay that is due tonight, the reason I’m bringing this up is because they said that TH also has a narrative to it, or at least a concrete meaning. I also just read their interview they did with the guardian around the time they released TH. Is there anyone here who can enlighten me? I get certain themes from listening to it and the album used to be kind of disturbing to me to listen to, almost like there are people trapped inside of the album trying to tell the story. ![]() I just don’t have a solid interpretation of what a Geogaddi is as well as what the narrative to the album is. I haven’t listened to Geogaddi as much and I prefer their other albums for the most part, but don’t get me wrong that album holds a special place in my heart. ![]() ![]() I know that a lot of the hidden messages of the album must be hidden in patterns and number sequences that I am just not adept enough to understand. I remember seeing in an interview around the time I started listening to Geogaddi that said that the word Geogaddi actually has a meaning and that there is a narrative element to the album. Geogaddi is the album that got me into Boards of Canada back in the summer and now all I really listen to is Boards of Canada to be honest, I absolutely love them. ![]()
